After a year of hard work, many printing credits, swollen fingers from scalpelling and endless reprints the Nottingham Trent Graphic Design Degree Show was finally ready to be revealed! It was so nice seeing everybody's work from the course on display and made me realise just how diverse everyone's style is! We're so fortunate to be on a course which gives so much freedom in our work. Thank you Trent!

The opening night of the show was filled with industry from 3-6pm and then proud parents until 9pm. I was lucky enough to have Hullabaloo come and support me and visit me and my stand! I'm looking forward to working with them in the future!

The concept of our show was that us students have all started at the same starting point, 'A', and ended our time on the course in our own way through finding our own style and processes, reaching their 'B'. Hence, the show was titled 'Anything Between' (from A to B). Next to our stands were snippets of our work/ contact details with our own 'B' on the front which we designed ourselves within the guidelines set. This acted as something which people could pick up and put in the folder provided at the entrance of the show, collecting the students whose work they liked.

So now that we've displayed our work it's time for the London shows! I feel so fortunate to have been picked to display my Commutication project at the D&AD New Blood Exhibition this July. Displaying a project at this show has been an aim of mine since I became interested in pursuing a career in design, seeing my first show in 2014 and just being so inspired. I'm so excited to attend and just can't wait!!
